We keep you informed
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details, including shipping and delivery estimates for each item. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
Please note that your order may be delayed due to the following reasons:
- If payment is not approved.
- If there are stock shortages.
- Delivery to remote areas is subject to our courier service and delivery scheduling.
- If you are not available at the time of attempted delivery, will reschedule the delivery subject to courier service.
